Opening Ceremony, Informal Night, State Dinner, Formal Dinner, conference bags & materials, admission to scientific sessions, admission to trade exhibits, lunches and beverages.
The secretariat must be notified in writing for all cancellations. Cancellations will not be refunded.

A certificate of participation will be issued to all participants
The organising committee will not be liable for personal accidents, loss or damage to private properties of the participants during the convention.
Scientific Congress will be a day’s event on the second day of the meeting on Friday 29th June 2018
Delegates and non-delegates eligibility to attend and vote in the Annual General Meeting should follow that of Clause 7 of the Malaysian Medical Association Constitution.
Whilst every attempt will be made to ensure all aspects of the Conference and Scientific meeting will take place as scheduled, the organising committee reserves the right to make changes should the need arise.
